CNNNews18 awarded its top honour—Indian of the Year—to Shah Rukh Khan. His speech marked the first time he’s spoken about his “feelings”—be it in the most roundabout but unmistakable manner. He called himself the ‘Indian for all ages’, maybe took a crack at ‘Animal’, and offered a subtle nod to the arrest of his son—and remained upbeat through it all.
