The Beatles album ‘Revolver’ was recently reissued—with new mixes of all 14 original tracks. More fun are the music videos created to accompany some of these songs since that wasn’t a thing. We aren’t too fond of the one for ‘Taxman’—but this one for ‘I’m Only Sleeping’ is gorgeous. It was made using 1,300 paintings personally created by director Em Cooper. If you prefer your music vids less dreamy, then check out the latest one for ‘Here, There and Everywhere’, which follows the fab four on a world tour.

This stunning 1969 photo—of a woman decorating a bullock in Rajasthan—was taken by Jyoti Bhatt, an early student of one of the first art schools set up after India's Independence. He became one of the country’s foremost modernist photographers—a brilliant chronicler of rural India. BBC News has a lovely collection of his photos. TIME magazine put out its unranked list of top 100 photos of 2022—which captures everything from the Ukraine war to the Iran protests, the Westminster dog show and the death of Queen Elizabeth. Among the most stunning is this photo of a Ukrainian man bidding farewell to his wife and children as they flee Odessa. You can see the rest over at the TIME website.
