Sarah Nicole Edwards is the founder of Copper + Cloves, a Bengaluru-based, plant-based, food and wellness brand spanning cafes, meal subscriptions and wellness spaces. Sarah: It’s important to me to get as much flavour as I can into everything I make. I like cashew miso because it’s super-versatile. Beyond miso soup, I add it to stir-fries, and blend it with tofu to make a creamy, tangy, high-protein dip.
Souk: We love how versatile this smooth, slightly sweet and savoury, soy-free cashew miso is! Made from lightly roasted cashews and chickpeas fermented with koji, it sits somewhere between a miso and a nut butter, and works in both desserts and savoury dishes. Use it as a spread (on toast or mixed into smoothie bowls), a base (in vegan butter masala or creamy sauces), or a flavour enhancer (add to noodles or dressings as a tahini alternative, or blend into brownies, caramel, or desserts!).

Sarah: These vases are perfection to me, ‘cos I love clean, minimal design and all things concrete! I think that the shape and texture of this vase will create an interesting visual contrast and balance when combined with florals.
Souk: Inspired by the metro rail pillars that rose across Bangalore from the late 1990s, the Siment Pillar Vase takes the geometric ridges and structural forms of brutalist architecture and renders them in miniature. Cast in concrete from a silicone mould, each vase comes coated with a waterproof sealant.

Sarah: The ethos and ethics of clothing brands are really important to me. I try to be a responsible and sustainable consumer, and I really like when a clothing brand makes it easy to be one! We love that their clothes are responsibly made to last year after year, and that they are machine or hand washable without requiring dry-cleaning.
