It's a terrible scene. They are pretty young. When you are told they are 13 years, 14 years and you go there and you see them. It breaks (you).

That’s South Africa’s police minister Bheki Cele talking to reporters—after at least 21 teenagers were mysteriously killed in a tavern. There is no apparent cause of death: “Bodies are lying strewn across tables, chairs and on the floor, with no obvious signs of injury.” And the police have ruled out a stampede. The main suspect is now poisoning.
