Dive In

Interest is the most important thing in life; happiness is temporary, but interest is continuous.

That’s a quote from the famous American painter Georgia O'Keeffe, and it perfectly sums up what splainer tries to aim for each day. We cannot guarantee anyone’s happiness—leave alone ours—but we always hope to keep you interested in the world around you. It may be messy, even very ugly at times, but also delightful, intriguing and filled with wonder.

A birthday holiday heads up: It’s splainer’s birthday today, June 1. Each year, the team takes a day to retreat and bond around this time. This year, we’ll be doing it on Friday, June 3. So we will not be publishing an edition on that day:)

Give the gift of splainer: If you’ve been enjoying your splainer subscription, be sure to send along your referral link (see below). It offers a free month of splainer to anyone you want.
