For God’s sake, this man cannot remain in power.

That’s what US President Joe Biden said in an off-the-cuff remark at the end of his speech in Poland—and sparked a political uproar. There was immediate speculation as to whether the US was seeking ‘regime change’ in Russia—which Washington immediately denied. If it was indeed a Freudian slip, experts worry what it says about the president’s mindset. Washington Post has more.
